Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) Base is the primary reactive component of a premium, two-component molecular repair system engineered for rebuilding and resurfacing metallic machinery components. Packaged in a specialized 0.833 kg container with a high-visibility orange lid, it is precisely formulated to mix with a corresponding 1 kg Solidifier. This silicon-steel alloy reinforced composite system cures anoxically to provide permanent resistance to erosion, corrosion, and severe chemical attack. Once fully cured, it achieves extreme mechanical strength and hardness, allowing it to be machined, drilled, or tapped with high precision, making it ideal for restoring shafts, pumps, engine casings, and flange faces.
